The Legation to Finland was established 15.05.2009 and the official website opened 17.06.2009. The Legation is headed by an Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary. On May the 15th the Legation went through a namechange and became the Consulate-General of the OPDK to Finland

Bangladesh rejects OPDK diplomat's entry.

The Envoy to Finland was planning a visit to Bangladesh to his counterpart, but the Embassy of Bangladesh would not grant a visa to the Envoy. The Envoy is disappointed in the action of the Bangladeshi authorities.

The Order of Prince Daniel of Kholm has recently established 3 diplomatic representations.

The Legation of Australia has been established which is headed by H.E. Sir Dr. Kevin Ken Yen Cheng, Kt.OPD, Envoy Extraodinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to Australia. He is a medical doctor as well as an entrepreneur. His mission is to establish a Grand Priory of Australia.

The Legation of Argentina has also been established. The Head of the Mission is H.E. Sir Dr. Pablo Silvestri, Kt.OPD, Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Argentina. He is the Legal Advisor to a very important public official in Chaco, Argentina. His mandate is to establish a Grand Priory.

The Consulate of Virginia has also been established under the leadership of Sir Rev. Andrew McMenamin, Kt.OPD, Consul to the USA in Virginia. He is a US Navy Chaplain as well as a Lutheran Bishop. He is also assigned with establishing a Priory under the Grand Priory of the USA.

Membership

We are an international dynastic chivalric order and a diplomatic and humanitarian organization. With branches in over 20 countries, the order is a champion of diversity with its aim to represent different people from all walks of life. As always, we welcome serious individuals who share our goals and principles. There are no membership fees or annual obligations in the order as we believe that we do not need money to help others. You may freely apply by filling out the application form, and then sending it to the legation for review. Charitable functions

One of the duties of the Order is to contribute and thereby donate funds to at least three humanitarian projects on a yearly basis. This legation regularly donates funds to different humanatarian organizations. The head of the legation regularly donates to the following organizations: Camfed, British Red Cross and the Barnabas Fund - the latest of which has gone to the Sri Lankan General Fund.
